Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship Highlights: FMF Glen Helen National

The 2016 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship made its annual visit to Southern California on Saturday for the 18th visit to legendary Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino. The FMF Glen Helen National challenged the fastest riders on the planet with a brutal track that tested the physical and mental prowess of the world's finest motocross athletes. After heartbreaking misfortune in the first moto ended RCH Soaring Eagle/Jimmy John's/Suzuki Factory Racing rider Ken Roczen's hopes of back-to-back wins to start the season, defending 450 Class Champion and Red Bull KTM rider Ryan Dungey seized the opportunity to secure his first victory of the season. In the 250 Class, it was a banner day for the Martin family as Alex Martin broke through for his first career win in his 83rd start, followed by his younger brother and reigning back-to-back champion Jeremy Martin. It was the first time in history that siblings finished first and second, and also signified the first ever 1-2-3 finish for Yamalube/Star Racing Yamaha following a third-place effort by Cooper Webb.
