CANADIAN NATIONALS WITH THE DEVILS LAKE MX TEAMATES:
BS: Unfortunately, I went through three teammates in one season which is never good. I was already good friends with Dylan, then I met Jake and it was really fun having him around, then Kyle filled in for the last 4 races, and it's always a blast hanging out with him. I've know him since amateurs and he always a cool kid to hang out with.
KEN ROCZEN:
BS: I've got a chance to know Ken and become a good friend of his over the last year. He was always a guy I looked up to, and now that I've got to know him on a personal level is pretty cool. I look at him a completely different way now. To me he's just a normal kid, that is really gifted at riding a dirt bike. He's always pretty hyper also and always wanting to go do things.
BEST COFFEE:
BS: McDonalds coffee is for sure one of my favorites, a medium with 2 creams!!
SCARING YOURSELF ON A DIRT BIKE:
BS: That's one of the best feelings is doing something on the bike you are unsure of, and just the nervous feeling before a race, or hitting a big jump for the first time is something I think you can only experience riding a dirt bike.
HIGHLIGHTS IN 2015:
BS: My highlights are just getting the chance to come back and race in Canada again this year. I had some ups and down but I had an amazing time. My single race highlight though has to be getting on the podium again at Deschambault. I got a podium there in 2013, so I already had good feelings going there. The fans and the track are pretty amazing as well.
SOLID DAY AT THE TRACK:
BS: A solid day to me would be spent with all my close friends after a good rain here in St George UT. And I would actually prefer riding in the desert rather then the track. We always typically go for a long trail ride of go shovel some jumps in the hills after a heavy rainstorm.
CALIFORNIA:
BS: I try and stay away from California as much as possible. I hate the traffic, there is nothing special about the tracks, and there just to many people to deal with every day. The only reason California is good, is to ride with the fast guys and gauge your speed off of other riders.
THE RETURN OF STEWART:
BS: I'm looking forward to seeing him come back and where he will finish next year. It's always really cool watching him ride and you're always on edge watching him ride cause you just never know what happens next with him.
EXPECTATIONS FOR 2016:
BS: My expectations for next year are to come back to Canada and give it another good chance at the championship. I feel like I learned a lot from this year that I can take into next season, and it will definitely help me. I'm a lot more familiar with the tracks, riders, and the traveling in Canada so I know what to expect when I go there. I feel really comfortable racing in Canada, I've almost found my spot in a way, and all the Canadians are really cool with me being there racing in their country.
THANK YOU BLAKE!
